Service scope
simplePMO is a portfolio and PMO management SaaS product. The live application includes account-based access, tenant-specific workspaces, role-based dashboards, initiative and workstream records, milestones, weekly updates, approvals, notifications, reports, documents, and audit-supported workflows.
Devepro Oy and Lean Finland Oy provide the service and related public website material. They may act together or through either company as the contracting provider for sales, delivery, support, and invoicing.
Separate customer agreement
If your organization buys or pilots simplePMO under an order, statement of work, subscription agreement, or other written contract, that contract governs pricing, service levels, support, data retention, and any conflicting terms.
These Terms mainly cover public website use, trial or evaluation access unless another written agreement says otherwise.
Account and customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the data they enter into simplePMO, including initiative content, documents, comments, weekly updates, and user assignments.
Users must keep credentials confidential, use the service only for lawful business purposes, and avoid uploading malware, infringing content, or data they are not authorized to share.
The service supports audit logging, approvals, and notifications, but customers remain responsible for their own governance decisions, approvals, and management actions.
No professional advice
simplePMO provides software features for planning, follow-up, reporting, and governance workflows. It does not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, regulatory, or management consulting advice through the software itself.
Availability and changes
The providers may update, improve, suspend, or remove features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development.
Public website content is informational and may be updated without notice. Feature descriptions are intended to reflect the current product but do not create a guarantee that every feature is included in every commercial package.
Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Devepro Oy and Lean Finland Oy disclaim indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the website or service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Devepro Oy and Lean Finland Oy relating to the service is limited to the fees paid for the relevant subscription period that directly gave rise to the claim, unless a mandatory law or a separate written customer agreement states otherwise.
Intellectual property
simplePMO branding, software, page structure, and related material remain the property of the providers or their licensors. The public pages do not grant any right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service except as allowed by law or written agreement.
